Bluegrass Sunday: Infamous Stringdusters

Words By J-man

On a roots scene with limited popularity, it's tough for a band to make a name for itself, let alone to make a name for itself through other respected bands. I have never heard such praise for a rising band as I have for the Stringdusters, from so many respected musicians.

It's exciting that their popularity is growing by leaps and bounds on the bluegrass circuit! They are indeed deserving of all of their recent success. Check them out to see why:

Infamous Stringdusters Live at The Stone Church on March 4, 2011.

The stregth of their instrumentations and tones, the boldness of their melodies, and the overall energy that the Strindusters put out have gotten our attention and won't let it go. Don't just take our word for it... Familiarize yourself.

  1. Amazing! Thanks for writing about these guys.
